Concrete Pump Parts Induction Hardened Boom Pipe is made of special alloy steel ( 45Mn2). The inner pipe wall is case hardened by CNC high-frequency induction hardening machine. The inner pipe wall becomes a wearable layer with high hardness. The service life of the inner-hardened concrete pump boom pipe is as 3 to 5 times as normal concrete pump pipe.
Heat treatment process: Case hardening by high-frequency induction quenching
Wall thickness of the pipe: 4.00mm, 4.50mm, 7.50mm

- HRC58-HRC62 for inner quenching layer;
- HRC35-HRC40 for transition layer;
- HRC25-HRC30 for protective layer
